FAQs About My VIP Program

Last week, I shared a client story with you about Liz, my VIP Petite Fitness & Nutrition Coaching client who *quite literally* leveled up across the board (mentally, physically, and emotionally) all from just making two small tweaks to her routines during our time together. 

Since sharing that story, I’ve realized you might have a few questions that I should clear up…

So, here’s the inside scoop—here’s what I’m asked most frequently about VIP Petite Fitness & Nutrition Coaching 👇

1. How much weight can I expect to lose?

I’m not here to sell you a run-of-the-mill weight-loss program because, oh no, it’s so much more than that. I’m all about unleashing the fierce, vibrant, and confident superhero within you!

While physical results will vary (you’ll get out of this program the same amount you put in!), here are some real-life client weight loss results for reference:

  • Mariko (5’2”) lost 17 lbs in 16 weeks.
  • Nadia (4’5”) shed 7 lbs in 16 weeks.
  • Bekah (5’3”) dropped 10 lbs by her 3rd month of VIP coaching.
  • Jenn (5’1”) gained 4lbs of lean muscle in 1 year.

Now, let’s talk about those non-scale victories (they’re the real gems that shine bright on your journey). 

  • Becky (5’1”) went from eating keto (23g carbs per day) to eating over 110g carbs (and that number is still growing!). She lost 18 lbs over 17 weeks while eating MORE, got her period back, AND felt excited to have date nights with her hubby (and carbs) again 💋

2. I’m a busy bee…how much time will I need to invest in this each week to see results?

The first month will be the most time-consuming, as this is when you’ll be completing the VIP course (5 modules that will probably take you 15-30 mins each), hopping on weekly calls with me (these can be as quick as 20-30 mins depending on what you need), and just getting used to your new approach to nutrition and fitness.

After week 3-4, it will take you significantly less time to plan your meals, and we’ll eventually scale your weekly calls back to every other week. At that point, you can expect to be investing 3-6 hours to working out each week and ~10 mins for check-ins and ~15-30 mins for calls.

(Keep in mind, this is a generalization—we’ll take it as slowwwwwwwww as you need!) 

3. What if I have some dietary restrictions or I’m a picky eater?

No worries! This program is totally personalized to you. We’ll work together to come up with meals you’re excited to eat! I’ll never ask you to eat something that you don’t like—that’s a promise.

4. I don’t have access to a “real” gym. Can I workout at home? 

100%! You don’t need those fancy machines that don’t really accommodate our short limb length anyway! After signing up, I’ll send you a “kickoff questionnaire” where you can provide a list of the equipment you’ve got at home already, and I’ll make you a training program that utilizes it best!

5. I’ve already tried a lot of other options that haven’t worked. How is this different?

I’ve walked in those shoes too—that disappointment can make it hard to trust anyone/anything. But this isn’t your run-of-the-mill, cookie-cutter nonsense.
