Brussels are one of my favorite vegetables – but only it they are cooked right!
Here’s one way to enjoy crispy brussels:
1. Cut 1-2 pounds of brussels into quarters. This allows them to cook faster than half or whole pieces.2. Lightly drizzle with 1/2 – 1 Tbsp of olive oil 3. Season with salt and pepper.4. (Optional): Add red pepper flakes if you like spicy food.5. Spread along a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees with convection for 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned.
