Portion control

I typically cook my food in bulk so that I can divided them up into individual #petite portions for a few days at a time.👩🏻‍🍳 I use a food scale so that each container has exactly the same amount of each food.👌🏼 Then I store them in the fridge until it’s time to eat one!⁠💯


🔹it’s way easier to eat the same thing for a few days then to make all different recipes throughout the week.⁠

🔹I’m unable go over my portions if they are already pre-determined⁠

🔹I’m highly likely to eat these healthy meals because I invest time and effort into making them ⁠

🔹I’m less likely to look for a less-healthy alternative because these are readily available⁠ “what’s for lunch?” is one less thing I’ll have to think about on a busy day⁠

🔹I’ll see the changes in my body that I want to see if I’m consistent⁠

Knowing how much of what to put into each container can be tricky but that’s why I teach my clients how to create balanced macronutrient meals based on their needs and preferences!⁠💁🏻‍♀️
