Magnesium is a Miracle Mineral
Stress causes your body to dump magnesium – which is stupid because it’s when you’re stressed out that you need magnesium the most. It seems illogical that our bodies do this.🤔 By excreting magnesium, your body revs up your nervous system which helps you to deal with whatever stressful situation you are facing. However, when you are chronically in stressful situations (which most of us are) you shift from one stressful situation to the next and your body dumps the magnesium again and again without ever getting the change to restore from food alone.
