Oil of all kinds (vegetable, olive, coconut, even butter – whatever!) no matter how “healthy” is HIGH in calories – specifically high in fat!šŸ˜³ā € ā €

Your food soaks up that fat and you’re adding more calories to your meals than you realize!šŸ¤Æā € ā €

Think about it! Would you rather your calories come from oil or from food???

I’m pretty sure you’re like me and you’d much rather have a plate of food for 180 calories then some bitter tasting oil!

 

“Okay Kier, but how do we cook without it sticking to the pan?!”

Simple hack: use olive or coconut oil cooking spray – a #funsized spritz is all you need, I promise!šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼ā € ā €

BUT NOT ALL COOKING SPRAY IS CONSIDERED GOOD!!

Like everything else, it’s super important to check the label! When it comes to cooking spray you are looking for Under 5 calories per spritz AND you are looking at the ingredients list. If the ingredients list has something other then the oil you are expecting then put it right back on the shelf, it doesn’t belong in your life!
