Lets breakdown your fitness goals into 3 areas:⠀
*Exercise (resistance training, cardio, daily activity)🏋🏻♀️⠀
*Nutrition (diet, supplements, water)🍽⠀
*Mindset (thoughts, stress, sleep)👩🏻💻⠀
How well are you executing these areas? Rate them on a scale from 1 to 5. On this scale a 1 is “poor” and 5 is “excellent”⠀
Which one is the lowest for you? Get out a small piece of paper or a open a note on your phone. List out 5 things you could do (be precise) to improve that number.⠀
Start the simplest of those 5 things today. And then keep doing them until you fill all 5. ⠀
This might sound incredibly simple, but try it out and see if you begin seeing progress again. ⠀
