👩🏻‍🍳Blueberry Protein Muffins

You will need:

  • 15g old fashioned oats
  • 15g protein pancake powder
  • 100g liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50g berries
  • stevia
  • cinnamon


  1. Place dry ingredients (oats, pancake mix, baking powder, cinnamon, stevia) into a blender and grind into a powder
  2. Add egg whites and blend
  3. Pour mixture evenly into 2 silicone cupcake molds
  4. Distribute berries evenly
  5. Bake at 325 for 20-15 min or until cooked through
  6.  Enjoy!
