This is the only way I can cook salmon myself and like it!! No fishy smell what so ever!
And it’s sooooo simple! Just cut your salmon fillet into 3 inch wedges (this makes it easier/faster to cook through to the center without burning the edges)
Sprinkle your salmon fillet with seasoning! I use a bbq rub (found at Aldi)
Depending on thickness cook for 8-12 minutes on 370 (the fish setting!)
