People who surround themselves with other individuals, who are on the same path or who have been through similar journeys, will go farther faster👟⠀

Surround yourself with the innovators, the thinkers and the listeners; the individuals who want to set a change and leave a footprint in their life and yours, the ones who are willing to help others before helping themselves. Listen to their stories — you’ll learn more than you’d expect.🙌🏼⠀


There once was a time where I felt SO ALONE🙇🏻‍♀️ ⠀

I want so desperately to lose weight and be healthy but the people I was around didn’t want the same thing – or at least they didn’t want to put in the work. They’d mock me and turn there nose up at the foods I’d eat. But even at the gym I felt alone because I was shy and wasn’t friends with the people in there. I had so many questions but nobody to ask. Sure, I had the internet but there was so much conflicting information out there that it was hard to find the right answers. 🤷🏻‍♀️⠀

I was shy, I didn’t know where to look but over time I slowly found the opportunities to connect with other like-minded people. Looking back now, the process seemed to have taken a really long time because I waited and I didn’t take action to find others like me because I didn’t realize how important networking really is. Naive little me honestly thought networking was just for business purposes. I had no idea that it could apply to nutrition and fitness too!🤯⠀

Now, having experienced a support group, I understand! I have my people and they have me. They come from all different backgrounds and they have their own stories. We help each other through our own experiences. I learn from their mistakes and they learn from mine. The more I give, the more I receive. I give and give and give because I never want anyone to feel alone the way I did.🙅🏻‍♀️ ⠀

If you’re following a fitness plan and you feel alone it probably isn’t very fun. And if it’s not very fun then you’re probably not going to want to stick with it for very long. A healthy lifestyle should be something you enjoy and I’m willing to bet that having a community of awesome people who got your back will make it super FUN!🎉⠀

And so this why I created The Worth FIT Collective! So that I can cultivate a group of like-minded individuals who want to learn, grow, connect and set a change in their life and yours! So that you NEVER FEEL ALONE ON YOUR JOURNEY!🤝⠀
