I don’t particularly care for mayo… Nor is it on the “clean eating” list. Without mayo, tuna salad is… Well, just tuna! But being healthy doesn’t mean you can’t have flavor! There are other alternatives then eating tuna straight out of the can.. Unless that’s your thing…. But it definitely isn’t mine!
Ingredients:
4oz canned tuna
2 Tbsp mashed avocado
1/2-1 Tbsp yellow mustard
Mrs. Dash table blend seasoning
Directions: Mix all ingredients! Eat as it, roll it up in a some leafy lettuce or get creative with it! Sometimes I like to add a little sriracha when I’m feeling bold!
